• Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times
• Attend to customer requests, needs and inquiries on all our Club's offerings
• Restoring and replenishing of work station after every customer while ensuring the Club's cleanliness at all times
• To handle customer complaints calmly and tactfully
• Working as a team to ensuresmooth day-to-day Club's operation

• Preferably with 1 year working experience in hotel and/or other hospitality related experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be Local Malaysian.
• Adaptable to work shift hours, weekends and on public holidays.
