Job Responsibilities:-Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all timesAttend to customer requests, needs and inquiries on all our Club's offeringsRestoring and replenishing of work station after every customer while ensuring the Club's cleanliness at all timesTo handle customer complaints calmly and tactfullyWorking as a team to ensuresmooth day-to-day Club's operation
Job Requirements:Preferably with 1 year working experience in hotel and/or other hospitality related experience.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.Must be Local Malaysian.Adaptable to work shift hours, weekends and on public holidays.
