Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and implement the organization’s information technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

• Lead technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

• Provide strategic guidance on IT risks, opportunities, and emerging technologies.

Technology & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and applications.

• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Manage vendor relationships, IT procurement, and service-level agreements.

• Support and maintaingaming-related IT systems, including slot machine networks, casino management software, and related applications.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Ensure thatcybersecurity best practicesare integrated into all IT operations.

• Oversee data protection, access controls, and incident response processes.

• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish IT policies, standards, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and gaming industry standards.

• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the Information Technology team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Provide training and guidance to ensure the team is equipped with both IT and cybersecurity skills.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• At least 10 years of experience in asenior information technology leadership role.

• Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation.

• Proven experience incybersecurity management(e.g., network security, threat detection, incident response, compliance frameworks).

• Prior exposure togaming-related software and platforms, such as:

  • Slot machine systems and integrations

  • Gaming servers, monitoring tools, or payment gateways for gaming platforms

• Experience managing IT budgets, large-scale projects, and vendor relationships.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

• Solid knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

• Familiarity with gaming system regulations, compliance, and technical integrations.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.

• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
