Lead technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance on IT risks, opportunities, and emerging technologies.
Technology & Infrastructure Management
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and applications.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Manage vendor relationships, IT procurement, and service-level agreements.
Support and maintaingaming-related IT systems, including slot machine networks, casino management software, and related applications.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
Ensure thatcybersecurity best practicesare integrated into all IT operations.
Oversee data protection, access controls, and incident response processes.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Governance & Compliance
Establish IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and gaming industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the Information Technology team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Provide training and guidance to ensure the team is equipped with both IT and cybersecurity skills.
